Inter-Club Colour Group

We are a member of the Inter-Club Colour Group (Inter-Club) that currently comprises of 11 Yorkshire based camera clubs and photographic societies. Each year we compete to see which club can produce the best images. Each competition is split into four rounds which we invite a series of external judges to score. Rounds 1 and 2 are held in the autumn and rounds 3 and 4 in the spring of the following year. Each club takes it in turns to host rounds of the competition.

Clubs enter 5 images into each round of the competition. Of the five images, three can be of any subject, one image must follow a theme (“set subject”) set by the host club and one image must follow a rotating theme (candid, nature, still life etc). Each club’s images must be from a minimum of four authors.

Images are sized to fit 1600 wide x 1200 high pixel resolution, and may be in either colour or monochrome.

Upcoming subjects & themes:

Round 1 – Sat 21st Oct 2023:           “Steps” and “Scapes”
Round 2 – Sat 18th Nov 2023:          “Negative Space” and “Record”
