About the Committee

The committee meets quarterly to discuss matters ranging from the club’s finances to issues raised by members and status report from each secretary. Each committee member is responsible for running a certain aspect of the club, be that competitions, the annual exhibition, the programme and so on.

The committee is elected at the AGM in January each year. The club can’t function without these key roles being filled so we urge members to consider volunteering when existing committee members want to step down. Support is always provided during the first year during handover of responsibilities.
